MEMBERSHIP RULES
Our Members' Club is a community of travellers who appreciate boutique hotels, independent hospitality and thoughtfully curated journeys.
Membership is by invitation or application. Each application is reviewed individually, and we may get in touch to learn a little more about your travel interests. Not all applications shall be accepted.
Membership is currently complimentary. There are no joining or annual membership fees at present.
This is not a loyalty programme. Rather, it is a members' community through which we extend a range of exclusive privileges, invitations and experiences.
A spirit of courtesy. Members are expected to treat our hotels, fellow travellers and our teams with kindness, respect and consideration at all times.
Membership is personal. Member privileges are intended for the registered member and, where applicable, their nominated partner or immediate family members, in accordance with the programme guidelines.
Membership may be reviewed. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw membership where its continued use is considered inconsistent with the values of the Members' Club.
Our programme will continue to evolve. Membership benefits, privileges and guidelines may be updated from time to time as the community grows
